We encourage you follow instructions of all products. Due to the nature of our products ALL sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sizzlensoakstudio@gmail.com .

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item (if product(s) was shipped). For in person sales, we can organize a meet place or a drop off at our business location. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time to fabricate the product and reach you may take some time, so we appreciate your patience.
