Exchanges & Returns - Due the nature of our products, we are not able to issue a refund. We understand that sometimes we don’t get what we expected when we order products online. If for any reason an item doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us. In certain circumstances, we will offer PARTIAL store credit for the item.
Damages- Even though, we apply ‘FRAGILE Please Handle With Care’ stickers. We understand that during the shipment process, products may be mishandled. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERED DATE. Anytime after this period of time is ineligible for a refund by shipping or a replacement. In any instance such as, we ask you to please contact us via email an provide pictures of the damaged product(s) so we can replace it immediately.
Shipping- All orders get shipped out within 2-4 business days from ordering. Arrival to you, after being shipped out within 1-7 business days depending on weather and where you are located. As soon as an order is shipped out, in 24 hours you will receive a tracking number emailed to you. If for any reason you haven’t received your order, but the tracking number shows a delivered status, we are unfortunately not responsible. In certain circumstances, we will offer a store credit or a replacement of the item with a new shipping fee that you will be charged for. On the other hand, you can always contact the carrier and report a dispute.
